We see an increasing need for HR support among our clients and are now looking for someone to join Effektiv's staffing operations. This means you will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at client companies in the Varberg and Falkenberg region. The assignments may vary in both length and content, but they all share the need for reliable, accessible, and knowledgeable HR support in daily operations. We are primarily looking for someone who can start as early as January 2026.

In this role, you will work consultatively and closely with the clients' managers and organizations. The focus of the role is to support in labor law issues and create security in personnel-related decisions as well as the administration surrounding these matters.

Examples of tasks:

• Advising managers and employees on labor law issues

• Interpreting and applying collective agreements

• Support in personnel matters such as rehabilitation, absence, layoffs, and employment conditions

• Guidance in labor law processes and documentation

• Contributing to general HR issues related to policies, routines, and HR processes

You have experience working with HR issues and thrive in a role where you support managers in personnel-related matters. You have worked closely with the business and have practical experience in labor law, personnel administration, and the application of collective agreements.

We believe you:

• Have education in HR or equivalent work experience

• Have worked with HR in some form, for example as an HR generalist, HR partner, HR coordinator, or similar

• Have experience in labor law issues and supporting managers in personnel matters

• Are accustomed to interpreting and applying collective agreements in daily work

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in payroll administration and knowledge of the payroll process is a plus.

As a person, you are secure, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to build trust and adapt your support to the needs of the business.
